Privacy policy
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by QiyamForge Tech (“QiyamForge Tech”, “we”, “us”), an independent software studio. Contact: hello@qiyamforgetech.com.
2. Scope
This policy describes how we may handle information in connection with (a) this website, and (b) mobile applications that we develop and distribute under the QiyamForge Tech name through the Apple App Store and Google Play (together, the “services”).
If a specific application publishes a more specific notice, that notice applies to that application to the extent of any conflict.
3. Information we may process
Apps we publish are designed to keep your content on the device where practicable. We do not run an account backend, analytics, advertising, or tracking for those apps unless a future app notice says otherwise. Depending on how you use the services, we may process:
Account or contact details you choose to send us (for example, an email to hello@qiyamforgetech.com).
Purchase records for paid applications or in-app purchases, as reported to us by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number through this website.
Content you create inside an application stays on your device unless you export or share it yourself.
4. App Store and Google Play
Our applications are distributed by Apple and Google. Those companies operate the storefronts, billing, downloads, device checks, and many system permissions. Their privacy notices and store terms apply to that processing. We do not control Apple’s or Google’s platforms.
5. Analytics and tracking
Apps we publish do not include analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs unless a specific app notice says otherwise. QiyamForge Tech does not sell personal information, and does not track users across apps or websites.
App Store and Google Play privacy labels are written to match that: data not collected by QiyamForge Tech, except what you choose to send to hello@qiyamforgetech.com and what Apple or Google process as store operators.
6. Crash and diagnostics reporting
Apps we publish do not include a third-party crash or diagnostics SDK unless a specific app notice says otherwise. If Apple or Google generate a platform crash report for a store build, that processing is theirs and is covered by their notices.
7. In-app purchases
If an application offers in-app purchases, payment is processed by Apple or Google under that store’s billing system. We may receive a confirmation that a product was purchased, a restorable entitlement, and limited transaction metadata. Refunds are governed by the store’s refund policy.
8. Cookies and this website
This website does not require an account. It may use strictly technical storage needed to operate the site. If we later add additional cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy.
9. Purposes
We process information to provide and maintain the services, to communicate with you when you write to us, to monitor security and abuse of this website and our email, and to comply with law. Where a privacy statute requires a “legal basis,” we rely on the basis that fits the activity — typically performance of a contract with you, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, consent where we ask for it, or a legal obligation.
10. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with processors who help us host this website, send email, or operate infrastructure, under obligations of confidentiality and purpose limitation; with Apple or Google as required to operate store distribution and billing; with professional advisers; and with authorities when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the services.
11. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including backup, dispute, security, and legal-retention needs, then delete or irreversibly de-identify it where practicable. Email you send us is kept for correspondence, not used as product analytics.
12. International transfers
Vendors, stores, and infrastructure may process data in more than one country. Where a transfer law applies, we take steps that are reasonable and available in context (contractual clauses, platform terms, or another recognised mechanism). Store processing follows Apple’s and Google’s own arrangements.
13. Children
Unless a specific application says otherwise, our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children as that term is defined by applicable law. If you believe we have done so, write to hello@qiyamforgetech.com and we will take appropriate steps.
14. Security
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small studio distributing software through major stores. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You should also use the security features of your device and store account.
15. Your choices
You may write to hello@qiyamforgetech.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, or to object to certain processing, subject to law and to what we actually control (store records held only by Apple or Google must be requested from them).
You may also use platform settings: store account controls, device permission toggles, and any in-app settings a given application provides.
16. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change, which may include an in-app notice or a notice on this website.
